Had a great experience! Moved from the south to the northeast. Movers arrived on time or early and were extremely communicative. They packed all my items very efficiently and well. Nothing was broken or damaged. My driver misplaced one item on the truck and couldn't find it the day I moved into my new apartment, but he was very determined and called me just a few hours after he left to tell me he had found it. The next day, he drove over an hour out of his way to get it to me. I was impressed by the level of service and would definitely use Allied again!

Excel Moving in Raleigh (Allied) did a fantastic job with our move which included storage for 3 months. Every employee we encountered was professional, efficient, timely and friendly from the initial meeting and survey with Stewart, Alexandra the coordinator, the pick up crew, and the delivery driver and team. We felt like our belongings were handled carefully and that the entire process was well organized. Stewart was especially patient and helpful with our many questions during the whole process. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend!

We moved from NC to MN. Our life’s possessions were in storage in NC for 2 months while we were building our house. When the time came for our goods to be moved to MN, everything was well communicated & all great! The crews on both ends were professional & respected our goods & property. After eight moves, this was the best. Both the packing crew and unloading crews were efficient, courteous, and very friendly during the move. My wife was not feeling well. They set her recliner out of the way and allowed her to rest until they were finished loading and put her recliner on last. This is the first move where there was no damage.

Packing was execellent and quick! The movers were at my new location in 3 days. My streets are narrow but they new how to handle it without complaints. They had to park 6 houses down and then take all the boxes through the house to the backyard and into the basement. They did it with a smile! All in all Im completely satisfied and would recommend Allied Van Lines and Excel Moving and Storage to everyone!

I chose Allied for my long-distance move from North Carolina to Arizona after researching and contacting numerous other interstate movers. Allied was the only company to offer an in-home survey, which resulted in a far more accurate inventory of household items, and ultimately, a much lower estimate that the other movers couldn't come close to. Allied also guaranteed a delivery window that worked out perfectly with my expected drive time to Arizona. The whole experience, from the initial survey to final delivery, was a pleasure. I've relocated many times with different carriers and this was by far the smoothest and most stress-free move I've experienced.

The Allied Team was very professional and courteous. The pricing was affordable and I was informed of each party, with contact info, before I spoke they called or messaged me. They picked up on time and delivered my items the next day! The driver, Tim, was very nice when he interacted with my Mom at pickup and delivery went as scheduled without incident. They were a bit higher priced than a few other quotes but in my opinion it was well worth it!!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - in this case, excellent service.
